Swim Squad Training


Our Singleton Gym & Swim Squads program encourages all swimmers to swim to their potential and get everything out of the sport, whether if you are swimming for fitness, fun or competition.

Swimmers will be assessed prior to being placed into a squad group to ensure they are working to a level appropraite to them. All swimmers will be assessed ongoing to move up levels if needed.

Junior Dolphins

Aimed at kids who have already learnt the basics of swimming, Junior Dolphins is designed for students aged between the ages of 8 and 14 years old. It’s perfect for kids ready for junior squads, or for those who are interested in getting ready for the competitive swimming club environment.

Bronze Squads

Adult Squads

Swim Fit is an adult squad class that works to help you get fitter, improve your stroke and have fun swimming in a team.

Each 1 hour class will vary in distance swam between 2 - 2.5 kms
